FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How do I order?

  • Register as a member or login.

  • Select item, and enter delivery date and time. Add to cart. Click on ‘View Cart’ to see order summary. 

  • Click on ‘Checkout’ to enter delivery address and billing details. Make payment and you will receive an order confirmation with reference number.

2. How do I make payment?

You will be prompted to make payment at checkout. We accept all major credit cards, PAYNOW.

3. How do I make amendment to my order?

You may make amendment to delivery address if the item has not been dispatched out for delivery via email at live@thismoment.sg, or WhatsApp at +65 6281 0992.

4. How do I cancel my order?

We are sorry. No cancellation is allowed.

5. What are the delivery slots?

We have one time slot available for delivery. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays): ​

  • 12PM to 4PM

 

Last order for the day at 3PM. Please WhatsApp +65 6281 0992 for other deliver or collection time.

6. What are the delivery charges?

Standard charge of $10-$20 applies for local delivery

​

Delivery to restricted locations, including Airport Passenger Terminals & Cargo Complexes, military camps, PSA ports (including Singapore Cruise Centre), Tuas, Gul Road, Pioneer Road, and Jurong Island is chargeable at an additional charge of $18.

 

For security reason, Jurong Island security office requires recipient's office to submit the license plate of the delivery vehicle. We will contact you via email on the additional charge and details.

7. Do you offer express delivery?

We do not offer express delivery at the moment.

​

8. May I request for my item to be delivered at a specific time?

We are unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time as this is subjected to our drivers' availability, route and delivery load.

9. What happen when a delivery is unsuccessful?

We will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under these conditions:

  • Recipient is not present at the address given within those hours which the delivery was requested to occur.

  • Address given is incorrect.

  • No such person at the given address.

  • No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient.

10. How will I know when my order is ready to collect?

As soon as your order is ready, we will send you a notification via email. Your order confirmation number will be required for self-collection.

11. Why the item I received is different from what I ordered online?

Due to the fast-moving flowers and gifts, the stock level for various items will move differently. In the event of unavailable item, it will be substituted with a similar item of an equal or higher value while maintaining the overall aesthetics without any prior notice.

12. The flowers and/or fruits that I received are of poor quality.

Simply email a photo of the flowers and/or fruits to us at live@thismoment.sg or WhatsApp the photo to us at

+65 6281 0992 within 3 hours from the time of delivery. We will replace the item complimentary for feedback received at the soonest possible time.
